First meeting of 2011

Join us for a potluck afternoon tea for our first ‘meeting’ of 2011. It is on Wednesday 9th February from 1.30 at Community Birth Services, Level 2 Westside Chambers 151 The Square.

We plan to have time for questions and discussion on home birth for any new members, a birth story (or more), plus some time for business discussion. There are also a couple of small voluntary positions within the association.


July meeting

Our next meeting is on July 14th at 2pm.

Come along and meet / catch-up with other home birthing families over a shared afternoon tea. All welcome.

We'll be catching up on the goings on at the National Homebirth Conference,
 planning future ventures and sharing some good like-minded
company over afternoon tea.

Next Home Birth Meeting Date is 24th November

If you want to get involved with homebirth, or just meet some like-minded mums, come to our next meeting at 1.30 on Monday 24th November.  Ring us on 356 BABY, email mhbanewsletter at hotmail dot com, or leave a comment here to find out who’s house the meeting will be held at.  Children of any age and number are welcome – the last meeting had at least 10 kids running around having a great time together!  Boring meeting stuff is kept to a minimum and there is always lots of good home baking and conversation to be had.
